Brownies are the universal chocolate lovers dessert. The best part, versatility. You can add in other flavors such as mint, peanut butter or fruit. You know what else you can add? Veggies! You heard that right, brownies are a great way to sneakily add veggies into your dessert without sacrificing flavor. A couple of great ideas are zucchini or greens powder.
1 Cup Salted Butter
4 Oz Milk Chocolate
1 Tbsp Vanilla
1 Tbsp Instant Coffee
1.5 Cup Sugar
1 Tbsp Power Greens
1 Cup Flour
1 Tsp Baking Powder
1/4 Tsp Salt
1/2 Cup Cocoa Powder
4 Eggs
1/2 Cup Caramel
Directions
In a microwave safe bowl, combine butter and chocolate. Melt in 30 sec increments until smooth.
Add the rest of the ingredients except the caramel and mix until just combined.
Preheat oven to 350 and line a 9x13 baking dish with parchment paper.
Pour 1/2 the batter into the dish, evenly drizzle the caramel over the batter. Pour the rest of the batter evenly in the baking dish.
Bake for 25-35 minutes until a toothpick inserted comes back clean.
